Therapy

Tara runs a successful private practice in Gillingham, Kent. A co-director of TPS Services Limited, offering therapy, life coaching, psychotherapy locally and nationally and uses her experience as a psychology graduate, Life Coach and fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist to offer a holistic service to those in need of support. To help with the support there is a set of 6 unique meditation CDs and a pubished self-help book, all of which are original works by Tara.

Tara is also an Interfaith Minister performing rites of passage to mark and celebrate important life events. Personalised ceremonies such as baby namings, marriages and deaths are available for all faiths or none.
