Shamanism this therapy is defined as a way of healing and providing spiritual guidance through a trance like state. The shaman may use hallucinogenic drugs or continuous sounds to enter the trance that is then used to determine the causes of your illness and find a cure.
Shen Therapy a massage used to relieve the body from repressed feelings by directing natural energy through key emotion points.
Shiatsu is a massage originating in Japan and uses the same principle of meridian lines as acupressure to stimulate energy flow in the body. This massage is performed with the client fully clothed.
Skenar Therapy A hand-held device similar to a TENS machine but more advanced. Is used for a multitude of symptoms. This machine works on feedback from the body and does not send an impulse to the body, that the body cannot respond to. In this way it is considered safe. And as this differs from the TENS machine, in that the each impulse is unique so the body does not build up a tolerance and the treatment become inaffective.
Sound Therapy sound waves travel at different frequencies and lengths and are said to influence emotional and physiological functions. Therapy is provided by the practitioner through voice, electronic or musical instruments to produce sound waves that restore balance in the body. Used in stress, high blood pressure, pain relief and more.
Thai Massage is a massage that combines Chinese and Indian-healing techniques based on meridians (energy lines).
The Bates Method a self-help method to re-educate the eyes and enhance eyesight naturally.
The Bowen Technique non-manipulative, hands on technique to stimulate energy flow to aid the body's self-healing resources to restore harmony. A form of rolling movement massage carried out in loose clothing. Used to encourage circulation, increase mobility and promote lymphatic drainage of waste. Good for joint and back pain, sports injuries, bronchitis, menstrual problems and more.
Thermo Auricular Therapy a form of ear candle treatment used for a wide variety of ear, nose and throat problems. A candle is placed in the ear and the heat from it "draws out" any Impurities.
The Silva Method used to develop the powers of the mind. Use of exercises taught by registered practitioners through techniques similar to autogenic training aim to help you go beyond the state of awareness which meditation achieves by going in the Alpha state the Silva method claims to sharpen the mind, facilitate self healing and encourage extrasensory perception.
