Kinesiology using the muscles in the body a practitioner can detect pain, illness or allergies. This therapy is a fully clothed practice and is based on the muscle re-acting to system imbalances. A strong muscle will be able to resist pressure that is a sign of good health whereas a weak one will be unable to resist even slight pressure and the practitioner will detect a "spongy" feeling in the muscle.

Light Therapy light has a direct affect on the way the body works and the changes of life style can mean that some people can suffer from the lack of natural light even in summer. Light stimulates the brain to produce serotonin, which helps us to feel good, and balances melatonin, which controls our sleep pattern. We need enough light to keep these hormones in balance. Light therapy can be used to treat a wide range of problems including hormonal imbalance, menopausal symptoms, infertility and loss of libido, it can also help to boost the immune system and treat skin problems such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.
