Dance Movement Therapy is a new art therapy and its aim is to enable people to express their feelings through movement. Sometimes practitioners use music and sometimes the natural sounds of feet, hands and legs make the rhythm. It is a popular therapy for those with mental or physical disabilities.
Do-in is a form of self-massage derived from Shiatsu in which reachable parts of the body are massaged to promote the flow of life energy through the body.
Dream Therapy This method uses analysis of dreams to find solutions to current and past problems. Of particular interest are recurring dreams. The theory is that the mind uses symbols during sleep to represent issues and even the solutions to them.
Feldenkrais Method is a system of physical re-education that improves flexibility and body awareness using gentle manipulation.
Feng Shui pronounced Fung Shoy is the practice of analysing and influencing the interaction between people, buildings and the environment in order to enhance quality of life. Originating in Ancient China its basis is the understanding of vital energy known as Chi. Feng Shui also know as Fung Shui, Fen Shui, Feng Schway or even Geomancy is the "Art of Placement" Although covering interior design it is really based on "People in their environment". Alan Stirling
Floatation Therapy

Floatation Therapy, Floatation REST or otherwise known as Floating was developed in America. Relaxing on a bed of salt water. Can be used for relaxation, prevent stress, sport injuries, and more.
