1. Introduction

What lovely weather we’ve had this Summer, can’t believe its almost Autumn. Even the leaves are reluctant to turn into their beautiful shades of reds, browns and gold.

It’s a busy time of year for the Farmers, bringing in the harvest, working all hours. Let us rejoice in their works as we all benefit from their hard labour.

2. News Update

This will be the last regular newsletter for therapypages.com as we are very happy with the way it automatically runs all by itself. Important news will be posted direct on the site itself . we are cutting back on paperwork and making a concerted effort in the office to continually reduce the use of paper.


4. Make A Difference

Practice Mindfulness – The key to living at ease with yourself and others is to be attentive in every moment. Sounds easy, but when you try it, you’ll find it takes, well, attentiveness. Try to be fully present in everything you do – even the simplest tasks. Whether you’re cooking dinner or folding laundry ; making love or parking the car, be there completely, body, mind and soul. Life will become richer, you won't miss the important bits and will begin to take the small things less seriously – worth a shot at least.
