Well did you see it? The sun I mean, it was here for at least 3 days! I wonder if that was summer? It was lovely and warm, and did you notice how much nicer people are when the sun is shining? Some actually smile and have time to stop and chat, I think it is because we are not all wrapped up and trying to get home quickly to be warm again. Never mind I am sure it will be back again before too long.
How are you all out there? Are you all well and enjoying life to the full? We are all well here at therapypages.com and continue to provide an excellent service to all you lucky people.
I took my two little granddaughters to Farming World on Saturday along with my mother who was 80 in March it was quite an experience. My youngest granddaughter is three years old and called Lillie, she managed to get herself stuck on the rope netting and she couldn't get free, Hattie her older sister could not help so it was left to me, a portly lady to say the least to clamber up and free her. Quite hair-raising as I am also scared of heights. All my daughter could say on our return home was that she wished she had been there with the video camera as I would have been on "You've Been Framed" quicker than you can say therapypages.com. not very sympathetic as you can tell. My mother bless her was watching the bird flying display and could only sympathise with me as I missed the eagle flying free!
Tara, Steve and Michael went away last week for a short break during which Michael celebrated his birthday and became a teenager. Lots of love and best wishes to you Michael, and lots of luck and patience to you Tara and Steve on having a Kevin in the house!

Love light and twinkling stars

Our recipe this month is taken from the "Healthy food for Kids" by Carole Handslip. Sometimes the children don't want to eat breakfast but this quick drink is healthy and will help them through the morning it is called YogNog and you will need:
it is very simple to prepare as all you do is place all the ingredients together
in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
You can also give them a Picnic Square to munch they are very simple to make you will need:
Place the malt, honey and oil in a pan and heat gently until combined. Remove from the heat, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press into a greased swiss roll tin and smooth the top with a palette knife. Bake in a preheated oven 180C/350F/gas mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool in the tin for 2 minutes then cut into squares. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tin.
