1. A Note from Hazel - the new Newsletter Co-ordinator

Hello again, it has only been a short while since I was here but I must give you the news with you that from this month we will only be producing a newsletter on a quarterly basis. We are working on a new and exciting project which we shall share with you as soon as we possibly can. So watch this space!!!!

Tara has been flying high today literally! Steve gave her a wonderful present for her birthday. It was a tandem parachute jump but, due to the restrictions caused by the foot and mouth epidemic she was unable to take it at the time. It finally happened today, she is safe and well and says it really was an unforgettably awesome experience. Mind you she is not sure if she would like to repeat it, she can't make up her mind yet. As you can see from the picture below it looks pretty cool or should that be pretty wild. All I can say is "You are a better man than I am gungadin" I take my hat off to her I would not be able to do it. I think I am pretty brave just going up in a plane yet alone jump out of one at 12,000 feet. Good on you Tara, well done! Shame it is down to earth again now isn't it. I wonder how Steve will top that for a present next year. Lion taming lessons perhaps or wrestling crocodiles. If you have any suggestions perhaps you can e-mail them to us at click here we look forward to them, keep them clean please.

Well as I said before it will be a quarterly newsletter from now on so don't forget to send in any news, recipes or suggestions about what you want to see on therapypages and remember "Smile - it is good therapy."

Until next time then
Love light and twinkling stars
Hazel

This month as the weather has been so nice it seems a shame to spend too much time in the kitchen. I have a simple Pasta recipe that I have taken from a favourite book of mine called Rose Elliot's Pasta. It is quick and easy to prepare and is delicious served with a crunchy green salad. You will need:-

Cook your pasta in the normal way until it is tender but still has a little bite to it. Drain the pasta thoroughly then put it back into the still-warm pan. Add the olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, goat's cheese and basil, salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve with a crunchy green salad of your choice.

To follow you couldn't go far wrong with a recipe from Jamie Oliver's book Return of the Naked Chef. It is so simple and you will need:-

To prepare it you simply bash the Maltesers and sprinkle them over the ice cream and serve in individual dishes. Heaven!
