Another month has flown by and we have credit card facilities just about cracked. We have a dedicated newsletter for our network agents and we have been in talks with other related companies with the view to forming alliances to make therapypages.com a better site for all involved. We would like to see more people involved with this newsletter, so please forward any articles or issues to click here. I am handing over the newsletter to Hazell who is now 'official' - no longer a volunteer but an employee. Our love to you for your faith and constant support.
Autumn is officially here!
Autumn is a time of harvesting, of taking stock and gathering supplies and our thoughts. With beautiful autumnal colours all around, try to take time to notice and appreciate the natural beauty all around us.
We walked and relaxed in the light of the full moon on the 13th October and you can now download a small programme from our web-site so that you can track the lunar cycle yourself. Time to make stews and soups (see soup recipe below) and to try to find time to rest over the winter - book a weekend away or just arrange a child-minder and have a night out (or in). Try a bath with Epsom salts (detoxing) and use candles rather than the main light. Even aromatherapy oils in the bath or a scented candle to soften and relax the mood. We will be reviewing some aromatherapy books in the next newsletter.

So for now,
Take care.
Love and light and chocolate,
Tara.
Hello there, it is newsletter time again here at Therapy Pages and it is my task to bring you all up to date with what is happening here. We have had a very busy summer and now we are getting into full swing for the winter season. We hope you all had an enjoyable summer whatever you did with it and that winter will not bring too many problems.
There are great things afoot here with talks going on that could benefit everyone, we will soon be offering an even bigger and better service that will give you even more information and products on line, WATCH THIS SPACE for future developments.
Tara and myself have attended our first psychic fair this year, it was in Bredhurst which we enjoyed doing and learnt a lot from. If you would like to come along and meet us in person we will be at another one on November 12th at Cliff Woods in Kent. You can find all the details on www.mystic-mouse.co.uk we would be delighted to see you there.
We are pleased to say that we will be offering a greater range of products in the near future. There are exciting plans for audio CD's from Tara with other items also being discussed. Books and music are already being offered and we are sure you will all enjoy listening and reading along with us.
I have enjoyed my first few weeks working with Steve and Tara and hope to continue for a long time to come so I will speak to you all again in November so until then,
Love, light and twinkling stars
Hazell.

The Life You Were Born to Live - A Guide to Finding Your Life Purpose Click Here to order from alphabetstreet.co.uk |
An interesting and informative book based on your birth date. This book sets out 37 different types researched extensively by the author with explanations of issues, obstacles and opportunities arising from your 'type'. Although all these divination systems are generalised, this book does seem to have got it right. Worth a read and may help to understand those closest to you once you have worked out their 'type'. If this system used another form of working out your number, then the 37 types would still work so do not be too concerned with the use of this Western Calendar.

The Wisdom of the Enneagram:The Complete Guide to Psychological and
Spiritual Growth for the Nine Personality Types By Don Richard Riso
and Russ Hudson - Bestselling authors of Personality Types Click Here to order from alphabetstreet.co.uk |
Another system used for personal awareness using 9 types of personality. This one you have to work out for yourself using preferences - watch out as some of the personalities appear to be yours but another is closest. Worth a read too as it has different levels of each personality in its working. Healthy, average and unhealthy - with 3 levels in each. This helps you to look at where you are and where you can work towards within your personality type. Again, working out your nearest and dearest type can help smooth conflicts through greater awareness. For this, this interesting book can prove very useful.
Both these books can be a useful guideline - as with all these things, take
them with a pinch of salt and use what makes sense to you. Generally, no one
system has all the answers but several used together can show a more complete
picture (or just confuse you!)
As the weather is beginning to get colder we thought our recipe this month should be something to warm and cheer us - this soup does both and also is a splendid way to use up the excess tomatoes from the garden.
It is Tomato and Lentil soup which is taken from the Sainsbury cookbook, Wholefood Cookery for Everyone written by Gail Duff I hope you enjoy it.
The ingredients you will need are: -
To Garnish 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt.
Scald, skin and chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a saucepan on a low heat. Put in the onion and garlic and soften them. Add the tomatoes, lentils and herbs. Stir for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Mash them down with a fork or potato masher. Pour in the stock, bring it to the boil and season. Cover the pan and simmer for 45 minutes or until the lentils are soft. Serve in bowls with the yoghurt spooned or swirled over the top with a chunk of ciabatta or wholemeal bread.
