1. A Note from Hazell - the new Newsletter Co-ordinator

Well it is almost here. For those who are dreading it and those who are looking forward to it, Christmas is only 2 weeks away. If like me you are one of the people who actually enjoy it, I am sure you are doing the same as I am wrapping gifts, putting up the tree and decorations and planning menus. Every year I say that I am not going to do the same old thing, and every year I do and love it. I enjoy choosing gifts for the people I love and now it is even better because I have grandchildren and nothing is like the magic look on a child's face when they see Father Christmas.

Well enough of that, just to say we have had a very exciting time here at therapypages. We have now become a Ltd. Company, we got confirmation last week and it is the start of GREAT things. The company is also having to be registered for VAT it has given Tara a few headaches but I am sure she will come through with flying colours. We will be able to offer trading on the Internet as soon as Netbanx receive our form and the Hug Page is available again. Our apologies for the service not being on line we had problems with the service provider, it is now up and running again, or should I say up and hugging again.

Love and light and chocolate,
Hazel.

2. The Recording Studio

Tara and I had an amazing time last week, we went off to the recording studio and did the "voice over" very technical term isn't it for the relaxation and meditation CD's. Tara did most of the work but I also had a turn and was very impressed. They will be available on www.therapypages.com in the New Year, via our on-line shop and by post order. I hope you will all send for your own copy, there will be 6 titles to choose from to begin with. More to follow, we are on a roll and by the end of the recording session we felt quite at home in the studio and were on a high for the rest of the evening.

3. Next News Letter

We are having a short break over the Christmas period and we are going off on our hols. I am really looking forward to going to Italy for a week; we will be sightseeing for all it is worth. There will not be a newsletter in January we will be back in February with more up to date news, so until then may all of us here at therapypages wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

4. Recipe

As it is almost Christmas we thought we would produce a recipe that can either be for yourself or you can give it to someone as a gift. It is very simple to make but is delicious and being home made adds that personal touch to a gift. It is for Feta cheese in flavoured oil.

You will need for this recipe;

Cut up the cheese into small bite size cubes, wash and dry the herbs of your choice and place in the jar with the cheese. Top and tail 2 or 3 cloves of garlic and thread on cocktail stick, no need to peel them, add to the jar with the cheese and herbs. Cover with Virgin Olive Oil and replace the lid.

You can leave it for a couple of weeks to mature if you wish and when you have eaten the cheese, you can either use the oil for cooking or it is delicious served with a green salad.

This makes a very acceptable gift, you could also just put in the oil, garlic, herbs and perhaps a couple of chillies and have a flavoured oil without the cheese. This is also very good and it is not too late to make a few jars for special people at Christmas, also very handy to have if someone comes with a gift for you and you have forgotten to buy theirs. Not that we would ever do that would we?

Hope you give it a try and enjoy it.
